Unfaithful buffalo logistics failing to deliver my order

I ordered on shein 3 weeks back and buffalo logistics is the logistic that is chosen to deliver my things. Then they sent an email last week saying that they will deliver within 48 hours, on the address that i provided, which i was using on my previous orders. Now I'm still waiting for the delivery and they say they can't find my address and i was using this address for a while
