Unfair customer service

Baffalo logistics does a great job when it comes to customs but believe me I paid them money twice online by mistake I've emailed them lodged pa complain about the my refund even sent proof of bank statements their not replying to my messages and it does not take a genius to make a refund ive exhausted all my options I don't know what to do anymore
