Undelivered/lost package

Terrible customer service, Buffalo doesn’t care for their customers. I have been waiting for my package for 4 weeks already , nobody has called me updating me on anything. I sent an email a week back , nobody responded and when i called in the customer service line they keep promising me I’ll recieve my package tomorrow, it’s been days of hearing that with no package delivered .
