Undelivered Parcel

I have had it with this courier company, they never deliver our parcels, yesterday I received a text message stating that my parcel will be delivered with the next 48 hours but it wasn’t, they say that the number provided was wrong however they weee able to send me a message on my number, two, they said the address provided is incorrect that’s why they couldn’t deliver but went and checked on my SHEIN app the address is still the same address I always use and it’s correct. I paid the company their customs fee now they won’t deliver, always an issue when it’s time to deliver . Sometimes they don’t deliver at all, I’m confused as to why SHEIN is still using this courier company because we never get our parcels that we paid for. It’s really FRUSTRATING!!
