Undelivered Parcel and Lies

This courier is completely useless and after so many negative reviews its a headache placing orders on Temu.

I ordered from Temu on 29 March, and i was updated until i got to pay Taxes, which i did same day on the 5th...on the 9th i got an sms to inform me that the parcel will be delivered within 48 hours.

When i check on the Temu App, it indicated that driver picked up the parcel at 7:00 in the morrning of the 9th.

As i had used my office for delivery, i had to wait until 5 for me to leave the office because they say their delivery times are not after 5...well i was at the office until 7 pm

Only for me to check the App and find out that the order could not be delivered at 18:00 "office closed" - complete lies.

The common sense of drivers to call with parcels doesnt exist at this company.

Its disappointing to say the least. Im on day 3 now and the order is still not delivered, and the status say handed over to Express 3rd party.

No one takes the calls. You cant call them... Their Chat immediately indicate that they experiencing high volume so its pointless
