Undelivered parcel
Its been 3 weeks i havent receive my parcel. 1st week they couldnt find woodmead, sandton, 2nd week its in the wrong warehouse in pta, 3rd week its still stuck in pta warehouse. I call every single day, Managers are always busy with meetings and interviews. I feel like someone stole my package/lost/damage and its excuses from day one. Buffalo International is in Kempton Park but no one seems to know where i am. If you put Process Plant Technology on google it shows exzactly where i am. This is not acceptable 3 weeks in one place and there is no movement of me getting it my delivery
