Undelivered Package from SHEIN

I have been waiting for over a week now for my package with reference number BUFZA***YQ. I called the Buffalo call centre in Johannesburg *** and 3 people is giving me conflicting information. My adress is correct as per SHEIN however the city on Buffalo sides says Wonderboom Pretoria and on my SHEIN app it says Blackheath Johannesburg. Buffalo SA refuses to update it so I can receive my package. They advised that SHEIN should update it from their side. Please can some one contact me on +***2. I done 3 orders before and never experienced this problem.
