Undelivered package

The company has returned my order for the second time to their warehouse,when I contact temu they say buffalo says my address is incorrect hence why they returned my order but on buffalo's system the reason was unfinished delivery.They come up with different stories everyday now when I check it says it's at vereeniging depot but last time they said it's on my way to me.I once sent buffalo an email to modify my order because I know when they take any address from temu or shein the problem becomes the postal code...they never responded my email again I went to buffalo's system to try and change my address but it said my address has been changed,they always come up with something new to say to me instead of just delivering my package.Worse part is you not able to pick your package,choose how it can reach to you or simply choose their courier you trust...surprisingly when you order from shein they never delay so the problem is with temu combined with buffalo.Buffalo needs to take temu's customers seriously.
