Undelivered order from Buffalo Logistics in Durban but tracking says I received the order

I am very disappointed with Buffalo logistics in Durban, pinetown warehouse, since Saturday I haven't received my parcel, the delivery guy called Ntando Sjendu work from pinetown. he called saying he was late and could not deliver my order that day so we he will deliver tomorrow morning which is Sunday. Sunday morning I Waited for him I end up calling him he said he bring it late but none. Today is Monday nothing from him up until I called him asking about my parcel, he said he was on molweni which is very near by my area.I need my parcel immediately he say he come to bring my parcel. But what is worrying me is that in the app he said I received my parcel and signed but he never came even to my address or area. Can you tell him to deliver my parcel immediately cause I need those items I'm graduating this Friday. I can't Wait any longer
