Undelivered order and bad service

I have placed an order at Shein on the 24 March 2026 at 08h00, and I have been receiving updates till the 5 of April , expected delivery date 8 April 2026

I haven’t been receiving any update and my order was not delivered as expected what is frustrating me is the fact that I am u able to call and speak to their service provider and find out / track my order , buffalo couriers they do not answer phone instead they will give robbort WhatsApp number which not helpful at all

They do not care about your complain they do not update you
