Undelivered items due to wrong address

I'm so angry with buffalo logistics. It's been weeks since Iv been waiting for my order. I got a call from the courier guy saying he mistaken my address and they will deliver the next day. I waited and waited. I have 2 orders from SheIn and everytime it says they can't reach me or wrong address and that is the same address iv been using for years since Iv been ordering from SheIn. When I try to call their number they say it doesn't exist!!!!!! I'm very angry!!! It's messing up with my plans and having to have someone wait at home but they don't pitch. They don't bother calling.
