Undelivered goods from SHEIN

I had placed my order on the 07 April 2024 from SHEIN and then I received a communication from BUFFALO LOGISTICS that I must pay my duty and vat on time so that my package can be delivered to me on time. On the 09 April 2024 I made a payment for duty and vat and I continued to wait for my package. When I checked the SHEIN app for the delivery status on the 15 April 2024 it showed that the package was in transit to third party express, and then later on the status changed to “allocated to ITT not received”. Until today the order status has not changed and I have not received any communication from them and my order has not received. I am really not pleased with this kind of service
