Uncollected return items by Buffalo

I logged a return request on the Shein website to return clothing items I had ordered and were not desired. It is now close to 2 weeks where a driver from Buffalo logistics has been promising to come collect the items but he never pitches up. He goes to the extent of lying as saying that he came at the gate and the security couldn't get hold of us. The number for this driver is ***. He never returns any text messages, does not pick up calls and is just frustrating. Please Buffalo and Shein fix this
