Unacceptably slow service

Extremely disappointing service from Buffalo Logistics. My package was supposed to be delivered by 7 August 2026, but as of 17 August, it was still not delivered — 10 days overdue.

What makes the experience even more frustrating is the lack of clear communication or a satisfactory explanation for the delay. Customers trust the delivery timelines provided and make arrangements accordingly, so such a significant delay is completely unacceptable.

I have requested an urgent update on the whereabouts of my parcel and confirmation of when it will actually be delivered. I hope Buffalo Logistics addresses this matter promptly, because this level of service is simply not acceptable.
