Unacceptable service

Extremely poor service.i am waiting for my parcel for the last 5 days. The app clearly shows enroute to DC from the airport. I have checked thru the day n only to get a response just now u have to wait until Monday..this dont care attitude is ridiculous and totally unacceptable..there is 1 employee that stands out however he is based in cape Town n is constantly trying to assist..
