Unable to get refund on custom taxes paid and Buffalo lost my package

They lost my parcel. Shein gave me credit on the clothing but Buffalo dont want to refund customs vat paid. They lost the parcel. I have been trying for 4 months now to get my customs tax paid back with no help or assistance from Buffalo.
