*****ulent & Unprofessional Service from Buffalo Logistics International

Buffalo Logistics International has given me the worst delivery experience ever. I paid R212 on the 28 August for delivery of my Temu order that I placed on the 22 August 2025, and now they are *****ulently demanding an extra R164. This is nothing but daylight *******!

The delivery of my package has been delayed over and over again with no proper updates on the app. I’ve had to waste my own airtime calling them multiple times, since their WhatsApp chat is completely useless and offers no help.

Their service is dishonest, frustrating, and exploitative. I will be sharing this experience on all my social media platforms to warn others not to trust this company . Customers deserve transparency, proper communication, and respect not hidden fees and endless delays, other customers have to be made aware of these practices.
