****ty services and rude consultants

this has to be the worst company ever, from their consultants to the business itself is ****, I paid my Vat 3 days later was told that I need to pay and I called and was told what to do which I did but after that has been hell through it, its been a week now and when I called today I was told only today my query was escalated how the hell is that a week later they only escalated my query when I have been following up for days and today was top tier ****ty service when I spoke to a lady by the name of Christina Mahlangu who even told me that I've been to long on the phone with her and that she can't give a manager the phone when I asked for one...yeses this is **** and they don't even care
