I ordered a package on the 25th April, paid delivery for 9-12 days, buffalo decides to arrive outside of that date and I gave them my work adress instead. I've been waiting for my package for 6WEEKS now??? I've been calling daily only to be told my package would be deliver the next day and nothing shows up. Out of the blue buffalo delivers the package today after I was told this morning it'll be delivered on Monday, I missed the call unfortunately but when I called the man he said he was unsure of my adress while he was standing outside my work place at that very moment. I called customer care and I keep getting a "sorry, I'll exculate the situation" my delivery was for Monday as it says on their system??? Now I have to pay another delivery fee???? After waiting 6 weeks on top of that???
