****TY SERVICE , DRIVERS LIE

I placed an order from shein and I was supposed to receive the package today. To my surprise when track the parcel it shows "To be returned: Customer refused to sign for the parcel". Who In their right mind would pay for something then later refuse to sign for it ? Your drivers are ****s and are full of stories. Your service is poor how I wish shein could part ways with this ****ty company.
