Two weeks waiting for collection

I’m extremely disappointed with Buffalo Logistics. I’ve been waiting two weeks for my Temu return parcel to be collected. Despite several WhatsApp and email follow-ups, I’m repeatedly told to be patient while they arrange a driver.

Today I even received an SMS saying my parcel is “not ready for collection yet”, which is unacceptable.

Please urgently arrange the collection and provide a clear explanation for this delay.
