Two Unreceived parcels

Im really disappointed to say that this couriers has become really bad 2 of my parcels has not been delivered my stuff was over n 1000 rand each time and the one time they phoned me once and did not try again the other parcel they didn't even phone me and i tried to phone them WhatsApp them and email them and i have no answer this is unacceptable
