****tty, unprofessional, and very poor service

It's almost a month I have been waiting for my SHEIN parcel but the logistics company has been ****ty about the whole service delivery. From their tracking site, the parcel has been in dispatch for f* 3days!! They are responsive to emails, calls, and WhatsApp texts. A very ****ty, unprofessional, and poor service. Where is my parcel????????
