Transaction not successful even if I've paid

I've purchased goods online from Shein China, on the 23rd November 2023. On the 2nd of November I got a message from Buffalo international logistics stating that I'm supposed to pay tax, for the goods that were shipped by Shein. I immediately made an electronic funds transfer to the logistics company. The next day I called to find out if they have received the money. They asked me to upload the proof of payment of which I did. On the 5th I tracked my parcel the response I got is it is in transit and the upload was successfully. When I tracked again on the 8th December I got a message that the upload was rejected. I've tried to call the company and no one is picking up the phone.
