Track says i have received the pacel yet not yet

I ordered through shein on 28th of November until today i haven't received my parcels but on the app it says i have received them today, does that mean i have lost my money and my parcels and someone out there got lucky 😭😭😭can someone help me coz i don't even know who to contact in order to receive my parcel
