Track numbers BUFZA***YQ

I placed an order with SHEIN on the 27 November and my package arrived in South Africa on 2 Decembe. On the 4th December it arrived at Buffalo, on the 7th December it was despaching but then they returned it back to the warehouse. When called to ask why was my parcel returned they told it was given to the wrong driver they will deliver it on Friday which was the 8th but still it wasn't delivered I called back to ask what is going some rude lady said to me she doesn't know what is going and she doesn't know when my parcel will be delivered. I called for the 3rd time to ask if I could pick up my parcel myself they hanged up on me. Can my parcel be delivered today please because I am going away on Thursday coming back in February 2023.
