Totally Unprofessional

I want to appeal to Temu that if they want to carry on doing business in S.A. to stop using Buffalo Logistics. Buffalo Logistics are unprofessional and have a don"t care attitude for their clients. I paid taxes on 30/11 and I erronesly grossly overpaid -I have made a call a day since the 30th asking for a refund without success, and only yesterday did they realize that the taxes were paid. Their whole outfit needs an overhaul and their employees need to be trained
