Totally unaccessible

Today my order was meant to be delivered according to the email I received this morning, I just learnt now that "customer reschedule the delivery" yet I didn't get any communication from them since at 06:30 bring told that my parcel will be delivered. Like what kind of service is this? Very useless company sad thing we paid for everything u just need to deliver our goods!
