I am disgusted that a company of this size has zero concern for their customers and services, maybe it's because they already received their funds. I placed a Shein order in March, the parcel was confirmed on the 21st of March and received in my city on the 27th of March, this was my last update and when all communication stopped, I have been trying to contact them ever since, they don't reply to email, WhatsApp calls it's all just automated responses and false promises.
