no come on!!!!! Our Shein parcel has been stuck there for 27 days, "with customs" and NO one, can help. When this item is for my wedding, we cant even get it? Absolutely PATHETIC customer service. Disgusting actually. I ordered this package using my Fiance's name, and I cant be the one to find out what is happening. will NEVER recommend
