Title: Buffalo Courier not assisting with urgent parcel enquiry I am extremely disappointed with Buffalo International Logistics’ customer service. I have been trying to get assistance regarding my SHEIN parcel and have struggled to get a response. Today I finally received a response on WhatsApp at 12:52 PM asking me to provide my Buffalo tracking number. I provided the requested tracking information, but instead of being assisted, I was directed to wait for a live agent. I have been waiting and still have not received proper assistance. My parcel is important and this matter is urgent. I have been trying repeatedly to get assistance, but I am being passed around by an automated system without anyone actually addressing my issue.
