Threatened that my parcel will be sent even though I paid

I bought some stuff from Shein and they delivered my parcel in South Africa and I received an email that asked for tax payment of R681,57 and I paid online using my debit card on the 21 January. I have received emails from them asking me to pay and I don’t understand because I already paid. I looked for their contact details and got this number ***. When I call it, it states that I an caller no 49. I waited until I was caller number to my supprise the call was dropped I even sent them an email with my bank statement showing them that I paid but there has been no response

I have also complained on thier WhatsApp
