Threatened Customers with Guns after failing to deliver

They even called white guys with guns to threaten people . who were queuing outside wanting their Christmas clothes. All the clientele is rude from security to Manager. This company must not be allowed to operate. How do you threaten civilians with guns when you owe people their parcels.
