This is supposed to be an international company, that provides the most pathetic service. In all honesty, I was shocked to see that you do not get any response/feedback. They sent me an email to inform me of the TAX Duties payable in order for the shipping to proceed, I managed to make the payment a few days later. My payment was completely missed, even though I have used the reference numbers they have provided me within the email. It is crazy that an INTERNATIONAL company misses payments!! Do they just leave unallocated payments in their bank account? Does no one then query those payments that are just "lying" around in the account?? Verry disappointed with their service!!!
