This is lies can't handle the pressure

I waited the whole week for someone to contact us and guess what nothing so I called Buffalo in jhb this morning they first response to my parcels is that customs is sorting it out which I replyed ***** because it says it's in they warehouse then the lady says she will escalate with the warehouse so do you think we are Dom I work for a logistics company and I do not recommend any one to use Buffalo as they service is very poor!!!!!!!!!
