This company sucks, everyone knows it!

Would give 0 stars if I could. My parcel has been in transit between Johannesburg and Pretoria for 4 days now, ridiculous. When I call them I'm on hold forever and when I eventually get through they can't help me.

This is only 1 example of their horrible service delivery, unfortunately Shein insists on using them so I have had countless bad experiences!
