THIS COMPANY SHOULD JUST CLOSE THEIR DOORS!

If there was a zero star rating, or even minus stars, that's exactly what this company would get. Their service is shocking. They don't answer their phones, they don't answer their so-called quick service WhatsApp number. They don't update their online platform... In short, I doubt whether there is any there who is even semi-capable. Who is running the business? A bunch of buffoons? Surely, anyone in logistics knows that this is the busiest time of the year! You have had a year since last Christmas to prepare! Is it really too much to ask for parcels shipped in November, which are supposed to take 5 to 7 days to actually be delivered in less than 3 weeks? What the hell does "In transit" mean? It shows that the goods have been scanned into our local warehouse. Where the hell do they go from there? Surely, surely, if you are making use of 3rd party couriers, you must know what happens from your warehouse? This is just common logic, or perhaps I should say, "less-common" logic in your case. Is there anyone there who can provide answers??? SHOCKING SERVICE!
