This company should close their doors - no service

This is a courier company who was suppose to deliver something I ordered to my address, instead I received a call from a stranger who received my goods, making an effort to whatsapp to provide me with the delivery info etc. I have been trying to phone and use their whatsapp communication....nothing, according to their info it is still inbound even with me providing all the info of an incorrect delivery. They do not answer their whatsapp line, they do not answer their phone. Several complaints on their website indicate this is the norm and not only me....
