ThirdParty Express DELAYED!

My Shein package reached South Africa on the 31st March 2024. Tax paid the same day the communication was sent to me. Today is the 10th April, I am still waiting for my package to be delivered! On the 6th April, the system was showing me that the "parcel was wrongly allocated". Shortly after, the system is showing me that the order is in "transit to thirdparty Express". I have not had any communication from this 3rd party company to even attempt to contact me or arrange delivery. Can someone please expedite this order BUFZA***YQ or pass some information on how I can obtain my order from you?
