Think twice before using Buffalo International Logistics

Received an email saying my parcel can not be delivered and it was returned to the depot Rustenburg!! My address on my parcel clearly states Mafikeng, really!!!!! I tried phoning them, emailing them and whatsapp. Everything is automated. Cant speak to anyone, so now i have to wait for someone to get back to me. Since everything is automated, why dont they just get computers to dispatch our parcels aswell, Wlll not recommend this company at all!
