Think Twice about Buffalo International Logistics

I ordered from Shein. I paid my Fee to Buffalo to be released. Which it was. When Buffalo had to deliver they said that my parcel was in a hijacking and that its gone! They failed to let me know, that it has been hijacked. On their system they said its been delivered, so according to Shein I have received my parcel from Buffalo. I then called the call center, that's when the lady said my parcels been hijacked and didn't anyone call me? Then she said that one of the managers will send me a letter, Which I waited for 2 days and had to call for a 2nd time to ask. Then I was told to send it through to Shein because they must refund me or send another parcel. I am still waiting to hear from Shein, NO LUCK! Also the person that I talk to can't seem to help me to solve the problem. This means my package has been ******, I paid Buffalo to release my package - No Refund from them yet, Also no refund from Shein for my order. I have been without my parcel for 3 weeks, no refund no Answers, nothing. Which means I paid for nothing. If anyone has a contact that can help me please send it to me.
