They ***** your returns!!!!!!

I did a return on 11/11/2025 which a Buffalo courier collected from me personally and I have the slip to prove it. As of today, I have been told it will be "escalated" more times than I can count. I have had someone try pick up said parcel numerous times since - I DON'T HAVE IT YOU DO!!!!! I am now reporting ******** charges against them for THEFT
