They use lying and thieving couriers who take your packages home

The local delivery drivers in Cape Town are completely useless. They take parcels, lie that they couldn't get hold of recipient, claim to have returned the package to the warehouse when in reality they take it home. Customer service is also useless and difficult to get hold off, when you get hold of an agent they know nothing other than what is online & they act like they are doing you a favour by answering the phone. As far as shipping from China is concerned, that's usually quick. Its the lying and thieving local couriers who are the problem. I would avoid them if the online retailers didn't force them on us
