They stole my clothes and never delivered them!!!!

I made an order from Shein and was told that buffalo logistics will be in contact with me for delivery or any customs that needed to be paid, I have received no communication from the logistics company regarding the delivery of my order instead I later received an email attached to this tracking number (BUFZA***YQ) that my order has now been destroyed mind you I spent close to R3000 on clothes that I never received and instead told my order has been destroyed with no refund or credit wallet!!! Absolutely disgusting bunch of *******!!!!
