They should share the delivery guy number with us or send a code for delivery we give it to the driver in exchange of parcel

I was supposed to get my order delivered on the19th of July and I didn’t get it but now it say client received.on the tracking website it says signed for at 22:26 but I didn’t even receive a call or my package when I try to contact them they just say your parcel was received..my parcel was suppose to be delivered by Musawenkosi Mabasa but he never delivered my parcel
