They intentionally dont answer.

I called in and the answering service said Im called number 20, after 6 minutes of holding some woman answers and pretends she cannot hear me and placed the call on mute. I kept holding for another 7 minutes until she transferred me to some extension that is unavailable. This happens all the time after multiple failed attempts. What **** is this?
