They have took my package 📦 that was supposed to be refunded during December 3024 even now they never call me or bring back my package been calling them ans sending emails doing follow-up about my package even today they didn't give me my money or my package back see the following attachment I had a bad experience because they didn't come back to me the package was supposed to be taken to shein so they made mistake they took ot to Temo and only to find out that the window period expired on shein side but even today they never called me or telling me how to do things I ended up calling asking them about my package they said it is with them at the warehouse till today and I said because it's your fault please refund me or bring back my package they haven't been stressing about this matter
