They dont refund a customer

They deducted double for the tax and customs of my Shein order on the 5th December 2023 and 5 months later I still have not received any refund. They ignore emails, dm on Facebook and don't get back to you. They have now blocked me on commenting on their Facebook page as I am warning people about the ******* they are.
