They don't even deserve the 1 star! Their service is diabolical to say the least! Ordered goods almost a month ago and paid. The parcel is supposedly held at Customs which Buffalo was suppose to clear after all the required documents were submitted. I can't get hold of any one, not on WhatsApp nor on the email or telephone number. I would not recommend them to anyone
