They delivered my parcel to another address

Terrible. Order was says delivered and signed for but I did not receive it. Phoned 3 times, each time they said that the Durban team will contact me regarding my parcel, nobody had contacted me. An absolute waste of time, every time I phone customer service I'm waiting for at least 30min for someone to even answer and then they're unable to even give me feedback, an absolute pathetic company. They have a picture saying that the parcel was delivered and it is not my home which proves that the driver delivered to the incorrect address. I live in an estate and the driver did not even phone me to say that they are dispatching in my area. Absolutely no policies and procedures have been put in place. Imagine spending so much money and waiting a month to only find out that they deliver your things to someone else and cannot assist you??
